Data Controller
KORTEX operates the ktxShot website and determines how the website data described here is used. The published ktxShot support email is the current privacy contact. The owner must verify the controller's complete legal identity before launch.
Data Processed and Purposes
- Website delivery and security: the hosting provider may process technical request and security data to serve the site and support the legitimate interest in operating it securely and reliably.
- Optional analytics: Google Analytics processes site usage data only after affirmative consent. Declining analytics does not limit access to the site.
- Direct contact: this site has no contact form. If you use an email or community link, the destination service and any message you send are outside this website's storage.

Optional Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is optional and production-only. After consent, it may process page and session activity, approximate location, and browser or device information for aggregate statistics. This site does not define custom events, user IDs, advertising signals, or form tracking.
Rejecting or leaving the choice unset prevents Analytics from loading. Consent can be withdrawn at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.
Hosting, Delivery, and Security
The hosting provider may process request data such as IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, response status, browser or device information, and security signals to deliver the site, prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and maintain reliability. No additional web analytics provider is enabled by this application.
Retention
The analytics-choice record lasts up to 180 days. GA4 cookies last up to two years unless browser or property settings shorten them. GA4 user and event data follows the configured property retention period; hosting request and security data follows the applicable service and account settings. The owner must verify those account-level periods before launch.
International Transfers
Google and the hosting provider may operate internationally, so website request or consented analytics data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Their current notices describe the safeguards used for applicable international transfers.
Your Rights
- Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data and object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- You may withdraw analytics consent through Cookie settings without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
- You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or another competent supervisory authority.
